Prior Members in Good Standing
Membership committee has no involvement. Upon receipt of email or letter from a prior member in good standing, he/she is posted for 14 days, he/she is approved by the Board, and is sent a welcome letter, bill and member number. OLTC rules, regulations, and constitution put on website for members and new member directed to the website.
New Members with Sponsor and Seconder who are current members
Sponsor arranges to show the prospective member around the club. An application is required signed by Nominee, Sponsor and Seconder sent to OLTC office. New member is posted for 14 days, approved by the Board, and sent a welcome letter, bill and member number. OLTC rules, regulations, and constitution put on website for members and new member directed to the website.
New Members without Sponsor or Seconder
Membership Committee arranges to show the prospective member around the club. Attached application required signed by Membership Chairman sent to OLTC office. The prospective member appears before a three member panel of the membership committee, posted for 14 days, Board approves, and new member is sent a welcome letter, bill and member number. OLTC rules, regulations, and constitution put on website for members and new member directed to the website.
